When we start a business it is always a case of trial and error, you focus on your product or service and let the general office work fit in where it can. - Propolis take away the findings of that day and come back to you with a proposal of what we could look at, how long it would take and some pricing options.
- When we are agreed on the scope Propolis would come back into your business and spend time with either you, key staff or admin staff to get the full picture on who, how, what and why for each process.
- Finally producing a report on proposals for change it is then up to you if you want to take those ideas forward on your own, with some guidance from us or Propolis implement the changes alongside your staff on a part time basis. We can help as little or as much as you want.
The key outcome for us is that we give you the tools to generate efficient processes, great people to help you deliver your product or service and ultimately provide ‘profitable performance’.
